A strong flatform
There is a lot of flatfoam in this world, but the strongest one is in Tanzania, they call it Children’s Council simply children’s council is group of children is based on children participation on behalf of other children by expressing their views on children issues particularly on child protection and child rights through meeting from the ward level to National level. Election of Ward Children Council follows a JCURT (junior council of United Republic of Tanzania) guideline of Children Council as well as children agreement. More than 200 children from the ward are invited to the general meeting by Ward Executive Officer in collaboration with children and NGOs if there is. All children aged 5-17 years old are involved in regard of gender, disabled, orphans, young girl mothers, children in and out of school, street children and children with HIV/AIDS. The elections facilitated by children elections committee and enable other children to understand the policy and guidelines of election. Always they elect 28 children to formulate Ward Children council, 10 female and 10 male while 4 males and 4 females from marginalized groups. After that they elected members of Ward Children Council elect ward representative towards district, then regional representatives up to the national level. Also they have Roles in Children council

, and how to film. We also learned about the principles of sound recording and the essentials of film directing. All the youth were given the properties and some books which could guide us on this training. They are helping me and I got much information through those properties. In this training I would like for us to have more time for practices and for our field so that we can manage to cover the ADF-V conference without problems. When I go back home in Tanzania I will make sure that I use this training to do the good and valuable things and I will also teach some or if possible all of the youth in Tanzania so that we can start our youth programme in order to help our fellow youth to express their ideas all over the country. Lastly I would like to thank all the UNICEF people and the founders of the Speak Africa Media Training and without forgetting our trainers who did their best for us. Thank You. For me speak africa has a big meaning & is a big thing! because it is my first time to go outside of my country, also it’s my first to meet with difference people from difference country at the same time & to get a time for exchanging ideas
